Decent quality, the phone itself doesn't support smart view so I don't know why the cover was designed this way, I'm a fan of the design of the plastic corners, instead of the plastic being thicker or double walled different material etc... The cover is simply more square than the phone is that extra space between the frame of the phone and the corners increases the likelihood of the phone surviving during a drop.
